Noticeboard

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We will now be offering a blend of face to face and telephone appointments. In order to minimise the risk to vulnerable patients we will offer patients presenting with COVID symptoms or respiratory problems specific appointment times. Anyone attending the practice should continue to wear a face covering.

ACCESSING TELEPHONE LINES

IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 999

We recently made some changes to our appointment system and hope that you  notice some improvements accessing the practice. However, we continue to experience an exponential increase in demand for appointments and are aware that our phone lines are still extremely busy. To minimise the volume of unnecessary contacts to the Practice we ask that you order your repeat prescription via our 24 hour prescription line on 0141 531 6218

We also request that you do not call the practice in advance to check if your prescription is ready. Your prescription will be available for collection 48 hours (2 working days) following your request. If you have informed us of your preferred pharmacy, we will ensure that your prescription is sent directly to the pharmacy for collection.

If you have any enquiries regarding your covid-19 vaccination please contact the helpline on 0800 030 8013.

Many thanks for your cooperation
